Dee: Photography has been an interest of mine for years but using film was a struggle for me and it was expensive. With the advent of digital cameras photography is now a hobby, not just an interest. This is definitely a journey, there is so much to learn - about the camera, the processing, the art of it all. A local photographer who is an artist with camera and processing software has been a tireless help to me. It's been about four years now that I've been pursuing photography and when I look back at where I started...well, I consider it very brave of me to have blogged a lot of my early pictures. At that time the only way I processed pictures was with Picasa. Recently I began using Photoshop Elements 8 and again bravely posted my pictures on my THIS IS HOW I SEE IT blog. When I see how far I've come I get so excited because I now know that I can go so much further. So welcome aboard. Feel free to share any insight or advice you have, I'm a willing student.
